Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is part of the Terms of Service of MW Marketing Partners LLC (“GodAds”, “we”). It explains when, and in which limited circumstances, refunds are issued for the GodAds subscription service and related products.
All sales are final. GodAds does not offer refunds, prorated reimbursements, or credits on subscription fees paid for the current or any previous billing period, nor on consumed or unconsumed AI wallet credits. The only exceptions are described in Section 4 below and any non-waivable statutory rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
1. Why we operate a strict no-refund policy
GodAds is a digital subscription service. As soon as your subscription is activated, we provision infrastructure, compute, and third-party API allocations on your behalf. You can:
- evaluate the full paid feature set for 14 days free during the trial before any charge,
- cancel any active subscription at any time from the self-service Stripe Billing Portal so that you are not charged again.
Because these options are available to every user, we do not refund a subscription period that has already started.
2. 14-day free trial
New accounts can start a 14-day free trial of the plan of their choice. A valid payment method is required at Stripe Checkout so that we can charge you automatically at the end of the trial if you decide to continue.
- You can cancel at any time during the trial from Settings → Subscription → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect immediately and no charge will be made.
- We send reminder emails 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends so you can decide in time.
- If you do not cancel before the trial end date, you expressly authorize us to charge your payment method for the first billing period of the plan you selected. This is the point at which the trial becomes a paid subscription, and the no-refund policy applies from that moment.
3. Monthly and annual subscriptions
- Monthly plans: once the month has been charged, the full amount is non-refundable. Cancelling stops future charges; you retain access until the end of the paid month.
- Annual plans: once the year has been charged, the full annual amount is non-refundable. Cancelling stops the renewal at the end of the year; you retain access until the end of the paid year. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused months.
- Plan changes during a period: when you upgrade, the higher plan takes effect immediately and Stripe charges a prorated amount for the rest of the period. When you downgrade, the lower plan takes effect at the start of the next period; the current period is not refunded.
4. Narrow exceptions
We will process a refund in the following limited situations:
- Duplicate charges caused by a Stripe or GodAds technical error.
- Wrong-plan charges where we charged you for a plan different from the one you selected and confirmed at checkout.
- Unauthorized charges where we can verify, with our logs and Stripe's fraud signals, that you did not initiate or authorize the subscription (for example because your payment credentials were used without your knowledge).
- Statutory rights. Refunds or withdrawal rights that apply by law in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived — for instance, certain consumer-protection rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU where you have not expressly waived them by requesting immediate performance of the service — remain available to you regardless of this policy.
Refund requests under this Section 4 must be sent to mwmarketingpartners@outlook.it within 30 days of the disputed charge, with the Stripe invoice number and a short description of the error. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to process approved refunds within 10 business days.
5. AI wallet credits
AI wallet credits are a digital, consumable product. Once purchased, they are non-refundable, whether consumed or unconsumed, and they expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Promotional or bonus credits are not refundable, transferable, or convertible to cash.
6. Ad spend is not held by GodAds
Your advertising spend on Meta, Google, TikTok, or any other advertising platform is paid directly by you to that platform or, if you use a Stripe Connect rebill arrangement, to your agency. GodAds never holds your ad spend, and we cannot and will not refund it. Disputes about ad spend, account bans on advertising platforms, or ad-performance results should be raised with the relevant advertising platform.
7. Talk to us before filing a chargeback
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy or you do not recognize a charge, please contact us at mwmarketingpartners@outlook.it before filing a chargeback or dispute with your card issuer. We typically respond within 7 business days and will do our best to resolve the issue directly.
Filing a chargeback for a charge that is not a genuine error or fraud — for example, because you forgot to cancel or decided you no longer want the service — is a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any saved data, recovery of chargeback fees, and referral of the balance to collections. We actively contest fraudulent chargebacks with evidence of use and acceptance of our Terms.
