Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how you can permanently delete your MW Marketing Partners LLC (“GodAds”) account and any personal data that we hold about you, including data we received from Meta, Google, GoHighLevel, or any other platform you connected to GodAds.
Deleting your GodAds account also revokes the access tokens we hold for connected platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, GoHighLevel) and removes the data we synced from those platforms (campaign metadata, leads, audiences, page lists). It does not delete the data on those platforms themselves — for that, please use the deletion controls of each platform directly.
1. Self-service deletion (recommended — takes ~30 days)
- Log in to your GodAds account at my.god-ads.com/login.
- Open Settings → Profile.
- Scroll to the “Delete account” section at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm with your password. We schedule a 30-day soft-deletion window so that you can recover the account if you change your mind.
- After 30 days the account, all clients, all campaigns, all leads, all media files, all audit logs, and all access tokens are permanently and irrecoverably deleted from our production database and our object storage (Cloudflare R2).
2. Deletion request by email (any user, any time)
If you cannot log in, or you prefer to ask us to delete the data manually, send an email to:

From the email address associated with your GodAds account. Use the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- your GodAds account email,
- the Meta/Facebook user ID (if you connected Meta) or the Google account email (if you connected Google Ads),
- a short statement confirming that you want all data associated with your account permanently deleted.
We acknowledge every request within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of confirmed identity, in line with Article 17 of the GDPR (“right to erasure”) and applicable US state privacy laws.
3. Specific instructions for Meta / Facebook data
When you connect Meta to GodAds, we receive an access token that lets us read and write Facebook Pages and Ads on your behalf, plus data about the ad accounts, pages, leads, and ad campaigns you decide to manage through GodAds. You can revoke this access at any time:
- Inside GodAds, open Settings → Facebook and click Disconnect. This deletes the stored access token from our database and stops all further sync.
- On Facebook, open Settings → Business Integrations, find GodAds in the list and click Remove. This invalidates the token from Meta’s side too.
- Optionally, request deletion of your GodAds account using the steps in section 1 or 2 above so that we also delete the campaign metadata, lead records, and audience IDs we previously synced from your Meta account.
4. Confirmation of deletion
Once your account is permanently deleted, we send a final confirmation email to the address that requested the deletion. After that, the account cannot be recovered. To verify the status of a deletion request you previously submitted by email, contact us at mwmarketingpartners@outlook.it with a reference to the original request.
5. What we may retain after deletion
After permanent deletion, we may retain a minimal set of records strictly needed to comply with legal obligations or to defend against legal claims. This is limited to:
- Stripe invoice and payment records for the period required by tax law (typically 7 years in the United States);
- anonymized usage analytics that no longer identify you as an individual;
- backup snapshots that are routinely overwritten on a 35-day cycle and that we do not actively query or restore from.
